2. Description of Service

AuditAIO is a web-based SEO audit and AI Optimization platform that analyzes URLs and provides reports, scores, and AI-generated recommendations to improve search visibility.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account with others or use it for unauthorized purposes.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit URLs for auditing that you do not own or have permission to analyze.
• Use the Service to audit illegal or harmful websites.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform.
• Exceed your plan's audit limits through automated means.
• Resell or redistribute audit results without permission.

5. Plans and Billing

• The Free plan includes 5 audits per month at no cost.
• Paid plans (Pro and Enterprise) are billed monthly.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact help@designfo.in.

6. Intellectual Property

The AuditAIO platform, including its design, code, and AI tools, is the intellectual property of Designfo India. Audit reports generated for your URLs are owned by you. You grant us a limited license to process your URLs solely to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that audit results will improve your search rankings. SEO and AI optimization involve many factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Designfo India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hooghly, West Bengal, India.
